Happy Birthday to Me!

Hello all, Hamish here. Now that I'm a big boy who's 2, mummy said I can do a post whatever that is. So I picked out a photo of me and will tell you my news.

Well today it's my birthday and I'm 2 years old. I had a lovely lie-in this morning until 8.30am then got up and opened my presents.

I got sooooo much stuff it was like Christmas. I got a trike, a tractor, loads of cars, clothes, Thomas the Tank Engine pyjamas and book and a new fireman hat. I think there's more stuff but I just can't remember it all!

Granny and Grandpa came all the way from Glasgow to see me on my birthday which was great as we don't get many visitors here apart from Mummy's new friends.

We had a big breakfast this morning where I ate loads of stuff like Cheerios, cinnamon buns, toast and brunost which mummy says is Norwegian brown cheese and it's made from goats milk. Yummy!!! Then we all went on the bus into town because daddy's car doesn't fit us all in - I think he needs a new car! Maybe a VW Touran or Zafira with 7 seats.

Then mummy and daddy went out to get a Vietnamese take-away for dinner. I'm quite fond of king prawns and rice with soy sauce! And then the best bit...

Mummy made a chocolate cake for my birthday and decorated it with chocolate icing and sweets. And there was a candle on it which I got to blow out. It was so nice, I was allowed 3 pieces!

Anyway I'd better go as mum is hassling me to go to bed but I'm just too busy playing with my toys.
